Smoltz Collection: 1994 Collector's Choice #420

I'm not really familiar with Upper Deck's Collector's Choice cards. It appears to me to be their attempt at a Fleer design. I like it, but I'm not sure how I feel about the little man over the position.

Right to left, it's T.P., Smoltzie and ??? The Lemmer maybe?
